Level Blocking started

OLÁ FRIEND, I'm starting to make the 3d level for the game. I'm struggling to find a 3d terrain tool, need to implement 3d props (there is going to be used a lot and need to be pratical), and make a sea/ocean.

For now here is how it is looking:
